How do you guys find having hid's as high beams I have avoided this due to warm up time and am looking at running some led bars I have run a new line for the low beams with a relay and switch so I have the old low beam lines that I can run a signal to another relay and a signal from the high beam switch anyone out there with a similar setup

There is no warm up time if your high beam lights use a mechanical blocker piece that aims them the same as the low beams when they are on, then moves out of the way when you flick the high beam switch. Its like your high beams instantly come "on" with no warm up.
