Hi folks,

I am thinking about building a radial brake system to my 2003 R1.
But at first let me shortly tell what the situation is, on my R1 I have:
- Radial M/C
- 2005+ Wheels
- R6 rotors
- calipers spaced with washers inwards

So I want to go for a radial brake system and my plan was to buy 2004-2006 R1 brake calipers and rotors. my fork is very good and well serviced, so I just want to mount the fork buttom from the 2004+ to my inner tube. Does anybody here know whether this is possible?
So I want to go on using my outer tube, cartridge, springs, fork cap and inner tube

The tubes are different and not interhchangable so It would most likely not work without machining. I actually looked into it earlier as I had both forks. I ended up just putting the 2005 forks on instead and saved a whole lot of trouble and money. You can still use your old yokes, clip-ons and such. You need the front axle though and spacers for the wheel.
