Slight pulsing wobble felt from tires from 40-55 mph.

This is on new Q3's. I've got them perfectly balanced on my static balancer and have regreased the axles. I also have the weights evenly distributed on the left and right side. I'm thinking the tires themselves could be defective. I'm going to try to find a local shop with a dynamic balancer and see if that solves it. Anyone have any other input?

Check for wheel and tyre runout first. My last Q3 front resulted in a vibration when braking at about 50 mph. A new tyre almost completely fixed it.
