My bike my choice. I'm not a racer so I do t care how sharp my corners are but I can gaurantee my good friend I can take corners with the best of them. I like the stretch and lowered feel is comfortable for me. I wanted a different feel if ride for a change. Hit curves been there done that now I'm working on the strip. But believe me buddy I don't have shit to prove to you or anybody about my riding ability especially on a forum as bias as this. Some
People with stock wheel bases still can corner. 2 wheels is all that matter I'm not trying to be in the ama like most r1 riders. Oh now to explain. If yamaha paid me to leave it stock I would but since I'm a individual in a free country where yamaha is not the dictator I do what I want. The extension barely changes the turning radius. Have u ridden a stretched bike? Once u go big tire is when things start to drastically change.

You don't have to explain yourself, its your ride, you do whatever the hell you wanna do to it, at the end, it only matters that you're happy with it.

"I can gaurantee my good friend I can take corners with the best of them". Having looked at your tyre it has chicken strips a mile wide and it had no profile left its flat in the middle so i doubt very very much you could do as you gaurantee , Yes you are free to do sa you like but i do not understand why you would take one of the best handling bikes in the world and turn it into something that wont go around a corner as it was made to do . you would be better off with a gold wing etc etc

You both have very nice bikes. We are all R1 brothers here. Try not to bash each other, nobody wins in the end.
Look at some of Spidey's creations??? Wtf was going through his mind when creating some of those? Lol

Yes you are entitled to your opinion but I ride to work every day with no curves 6 miles one way of course no chicken strips. It will go around a corner any way I want wide or tight. The bike is intended to be ridden regardless of the mods. I've rode all types but I enjoy the way this one rides. Teach McNeil stunts a BMW I know it wasn't intended for that. And dystany spurllock drags hers. I believe I made my bike better for me. And that's what matters.

For me the lowering is more stable and the strectch for looks and to keep my front end down and ill be dragging soon. I just wanted to do something different. The ride is different but not much its just something u get used too. I mainly cruise any way but don't want a hog or touring bike.
