alas, if its a camera, you're SOL! you're on an R1 dude... thin as fack... i think it sortof works like the radar guns... you gotta be in the cross-hairs... good luck on that one!!

if its sensors on the ground... at least up here in canada they're huge rings you cant possibly miss... but after many years there are some dead spots which unfortunately if you've never stopped there you would not know about... so you're rolling back and forth on a dead spot and wondering wtf.! it happens on even the biggest cruisers and noh magnets cant help that.... i know of one at least by my old work that was like this.. if it dont pick you up... you'e running the Red... but at least up here we do have a law for bikers .. which does state... if its still red and you've waited a reasonable time... you're good to go as long as its clear.. cops just shake their head at yah when ever it happens... pretty obvoius to see the frustration in your eyes even past the tinted visor!!.

Right turn. U-turn (when possible). Right turn. You're on your way.

I used this many times in Killeen.

U turns are as illegal here as running the red light

My state(or maybe Missouri, the one next to me) allows motorcycles to run red lights if they don't "turn green in a reasonAble amount of time".
