theres no way i would trade two cases for it even though i got the ammo for free from a really good friend.

Ammo in Massachusetts is hard to get and getting more and more expensive. $329.00 for a case of 5.56. Thats F8cking retarded prices.

Exactly. #1, the gun isn't worth 2 cases. #2, ammo in hand is vary valuable at the moment, especially 7.62.

Where are you seeing 5.56 for that price? Seriously for a p226 a case +1 OR 200 on top is a decent deal

I have been shooting a lot of steel cased brown bear out of my Stag AR with no problems. I know a lot of guys dont like steel cased ammo but i have had only one miss fire with the bear ammo. The Federal shoots tighter groups.

front view.... with killflash
Painted her myself. Airbrushed on duracoat.
Got a can (yes legally) for her too but I don't have the suppressor cover yet so it's not on there cause it kills the camo scheme being solid black and stuff

Pretty darn well. I've painted just about every gun I have with it in some form or another.
When I build AR's I'll duracoat Ultra flat tactical black to get the upper, lower, and barrel to all match. Lately ultra flat tactical flat dark earth... It's my new obsession.
I've scraped them on my steel seat mounts and other things putting them in the back of my jeep and it didn't scratch chip or flake... just got a shiny mark there when you look at it at a certain angle in a certain lighting.
Usually do all my camo with it.
If you prep it right and paint it right and let it cure right it's on for life. ...just about.
It's even a b*tch to strip with chemical stripper.

Not big into handguns and monday gonna go get my hk45ct.

What ammo do you guys recommend? Eventually gonna reload and looking for quality ammo so i can compare a box to reloading equipment/supplies. Hard to compare things and know what to look for when I don't know what is considered good ammo? Any recommendations on brands, grains, type, etc?
