Now thatís motivation!!!! Iím 44yo, my G/F is 49 and she looks like a 25yo, She is a true Gym Rat, she is a black belt 3rd degree, a zumba instructor, and an INSANITY workout instructor too!!!!! ( donít ask how I got so lucky) So anyway, I decided to start going to the gym with her, Why? 2 reasons, I want to look and feel better for me and her and my co-workers told me I was too old to get started, that was 6 weeks ago. Today I have lost 8 pounds, I have lost 5.3% body fat, 2"s off my waist and I feel GREAT. No more Heart medication, no more high cholesterol, and no more migraine headaches due to High Blood pressure. little by little I will prove all my co-workers wrong.... lol and besides my G/F likes it moreÖ. lol

1 1/2 weeks left in my cutting cycle. Dropped almost 22 lbs since getting back in the gym in August. Take my final measurements next week. Ridiculously stoked about it, and keep thinking how the track bike will feel now with the excess weight gone.

very nice dude i'm currently debating whether i want to stick with rowing or not this upcoming semester. if i don't, i'm going to start lifting for size again. if i do, then i'll be staying lean and killing the cardio

yeah I was stoked last year when I hit 365 (2x) at 180.... I just need to make the time to get back in the gym now.... ugh

yeah, thankfully i lift for the aesthetic side of things so the only reason i even pay attention to my numbers is for log keeping to know when to increase weight increased strength is just a side effect for me.
