It's different since he served his country, as well as the fact that he's celebrating his acestors accomplishments. I think I know that as well ! Different backgrounds and cultures and Heredities sometimes have a different opinion of history. And may be offensive to others.

Back in the day, we used to have a moment of silence while in the classrooms. I wonder if that is practiced anymore or is it all a faded memory. Or worse yet, not politically correct.
