ContourRoam: need help

So got myself a contour roam off Craigslist. Wanted to mount on the side of the helmet and have a few mounts on the bike if I ever want to change location. Figured everything except for the helmet. I'm afraid the double sided tape may come off against high speed winds

Use the 3M gray double sided tape. Should do the trick.

i used the adhesive they supplied on the flat mount on my swingarm...never had an issue with it. just clean the area with alcohol. let it dry. then apply the mount applying pressure for a few minutes....if you can somehow clamp it thats great....let it set for 24 hours

Ok there's no belt or clip that can hold it in place?

What if you attach it to the side?

That's what I did, left side of helmet, maybe if you put it dead centre on top

The double-sided tape supplied with the camera should be more than strong enough if applied correctly.

I've run both Contour+ and ReplayXD cameras on the sides of my helmets and there is no perceptible drag.
