Im 34 ,150lbs, and have quickly realized this new R1 is much heavier than my old 2006 R6, she was light like a feather. Just pushing it is much more of a hassle for sure

I definitely need to lighten my suspension though from what i feel and have read.

I weight 150 to get 30mm of total sag I had to put fork preload to full soft and rear shock to 3 threads showing does this seem right? How does this effect the bike I know it's lower because I can almost touch flat footed now where as with factory settings I was only able to touch with the balls of my foot and I'm 6ft tall

Can anyone refer me to a suspension guru in south Florida? Preferably one that has some knowledge or experience setting up an R1M... Thanks in advance!

set the sag. select A-1 and ride! well thats what I do.
