Central track day 05 poll

Okay, spring is only 6 months away, so I figured we can post a poll to narrow down which track we would like to attend. It really doesn't matter to me, as I don't mind a long road trip. We also need to decide if we want to run 1 day, or 2 days providing the orgaization is offering a 2 day track pass. As suggested by Kneedragger, Putnam seems like a great track, with a decent location. There is also Autobahn C.C., which will be a bit longer of a drive for the east coast peeps, but again fine by me. Mid-Ohio (may be too far for some of the central, or western members) Gingerman raceway Grattan Raceway Road America......(okay....I'll cry over the drive to this one...but what ever works best for the majority is cool with me)

I voted for Putnam too. I just recently went there for my first track day, and it was an excellent course. 135+ on the front straight, smooth concrete, nice mix of turns, cool staff. An all-around great track.

Maybe I will be back for my mid-tour leave when this comes around. That would be sweet to get a track day in.

I voted for Putnam Only been to Putnam - beautiful track....smooth, tight, and fast..... I can put those R6's to shame down the straight - but then the little fockers catch me in the turns - right Bill??? ;-) You're the man! hehe.
