Great Stands - rear stand came with spools and is very easy to use single handed. Several threads have mentioned these are "too heavy duty"?! They are perfect! I don't want to lift my bike on just enough stands - Pitbull Rocks! The front stand lifts inside the forks so the wheel - or even the forks can be adjusted or completely removed. I will post three pictures detailing it.

Overall picture - insert and lever up after the rear stand is in place. Easy one-handed operation!

I added the protective padding (backed by tape) so I could insert the arm without scratching the front fender.

You prolly already got the longer pin.... I wrapped the upper fram so it doesn't get scored when the stands are down. Bought mine today.... excellent stands.

For the spooled version of the stand, what do you guys think about putting that liquid goop type material that hardens to provide a protective film? This way it would protect the spools from scratching, and more importantly, under some freak circumstance that something did happen to slip or go wrong, it wouldn't scratch the swingarm. Thoughts?

I am going to dip mine for sures... Withoutgoing over board I wonder if I could get like the ends line-x'd or rhino liner on them?... To the guy who has the foam on the stand, I think you should get the longer pin, if you haven't which is specifically made so your stand gets no where near your fairings...fyi

I have the correct pin. The foam prevents me from scratching the finish as I move the stand into place in that small gap...

I got mine a couple weeks ago...bit the bullet and payed to much IMHO even though it was the best price on the net. The wheels are kind of cheap and the finish...definately cheap. But they do the job, and I have more money than time. I was certainly not going to pay near the same amount for other cheaper looking stands. I got the same front stand...I wish they would have included the fork adapters also.
