My buddy just bought an 02 R1, he wants to sell the full Hindle High-Mount he wants $450 + shipping. He also has a full perf Vanson Jacket size 46 for sale for $350 + shipping. Let me knoe if you are interested.

I believe so, it is crazily light! I will verify that. It is off the bike now.
