I have this vance and hines titanium oval pipe, it was there when I bought the bike, but I have not jetted it or done any tuning to the carbs at all.

1. does anyone think that this pipe is worth keeping?

Depending on your advice on number one...
2. should I install a set of Ivans jets regardless of the pipe that I have on it?

I have the same pipe, its a slip on so no big deal right? sounds great, moderate gains. my only complaint is that the rivets holding the name plate on the side of the pipe started to rust. nothing a little white grease didn't fix.
I like the pipe. If I bought a bike that already had the pipe on it I would keep it.

Check the colour of your plugs (light brown is good, dark brown or black is rich/or burning oil, white is way lean) A CO meter would help too.
