Ihave heard mentioned that when running the new pilot powers, you need to run higher tire pressure. I usally run 30 in the front and 32 in the rear. Has anyone else heard this?

Got there for the tire install and the shop ordered the Power Race instad of Pilot Power. will have to wait a few more days.

Wheatman, that tire pressure is alot lower than the factory spec. Dumb question, but how did you arrrive at those pressures?

Alright, I feel a little in the dark here. My owner's manual has 36 front, 42 rear. Do the lower pressures you guys run come from your own experience? :fact

Yep! :yesnod

Start with recommended pressure, then each time before you ride, drop a pound or 2 in each tire and try it. I've found that each brand is a little different. I run 32 front and 30 rear in my 208's. When I ran Diablos on my R6 I was at 30 front 30 rear.

Keep at it until it feels right to you..
