This is less than 45 minutes away from my house. :rock hooligan_r1 02-24-2005, 04:45 PM WOW!!! They're gonna race trains there too, huh?
Just kidding on that one. That's pretty f**kin' cool:rock R1Budha 02-24-2005, 04:59 PM i'm willing to bet they run into the same problem that plagues every other "multi-use" "multi-layout" track. It's going to have terrible problems at the transitions due to stress and material joining.
so every time the "road course" meets the tri-oval its going to have a bad transition that prevents really enjoying the track to its fullest.
oh well.
C'est la Vie fjorn 02-24-2005, 08:59 PM Well, being that Brainerd Int'l Raceway is going the way of extinction, it's better than the alternative. hooligan_r1 02-25-2005, 01:39 PM Originally posted by fjorn

the only GOOD track in the middle usa is Elkhart Lake, and even it is pain for motorcycles......
face it, we are second class citizens here in the US as far as racing goes.
Hell Sprint car racing has more fans then we do...... fjorn 02-25-2005, 01:53 PM If I can ride on a track as hard as I want, and not have to worry about ticket or injury to others besides me, I'll do it.
I still need to get track pants and boots before I can though. :cryin MN04REDR1 02-27-2005, 12:41 PM I can not what!!!:rock :riding | |
