Answer in swedish: För länge sedan fanns ett medel som hette Bums, men jag vet inte om det finns kvar. När man lackar om flygplan, måste man av viktskäl ta bort den gamla färgen helt först. Eftersom flygplan, liksom dina fälgar är gjorda av aluminium, kanske en flygverkstad eller så är rätt ställe att leta på. Eller en billackeringsfrima borde ju veta. Translation of answer: A long time ago there was this paintstripper called "Bums", but I don+t know if it´s still around. When they repaint aircraft, they remove the old paint completely for weight saving reasons. And since aircraft, much like your wheels, are made from aluminum, maybe an aircraft repair shop is the place to look. Or a good auto paint shop should know, too. Twisted Logic?
