I had to order a new bolt for one of my rearsets due to mangling the head trying to remove it. There was a lot of loctite used at the factory. I found using the website easy to order the part I needed. I already have the parts manual on my computer so it was easy to know what part numbers I needed. I found the part was $.60 cheaper than the local dealer. Now came the $7 shipping. So I ordered up more fasteners that I may need in the future so I have them in my tool chest for that one unexpected time shite happens. Ship[ping is $7 no matter what for this order so I had to take the opportunity to order more parts. In the end, it was a positive experience. Better prices than local dealers who didn't have the parts I needed in stock, website was easy to use. Now I'll see how long it takes to get here. There is still took much snow on the ground and crap on the roads to ride but would like to get everything together soon. Chris

I was disappointed with the last ordered from ronayers i got double charge with my order but it wasnt my fault! I ordered the parts in Thursday(web order3/31) night and usually i do get two confirmation email from them it was monday already but still no email so i called them Tuesday(4/5) to check my order and they said there was no order showing on their system so what i did is order the same part and total amt.Last Monday i got my statement from my bank and it showed that i got billed $130.73 twice! what happened is the first order that i placed went through and i got billed. now when i tried to call them they said i have to pay restocking fee ($25) wtf it wasnt my fault. If they have told me that the first order went through then i wouldnt order the second one! Anyway my point is i dont mind paying the $25 restocking fee if it was my fault for placing two order but no it wasnt my fault :mad: Before i tried to place my second order i confirm it from you if my order went through or not and you said no . Next time this thing will happen again ill record your voice to make sure that you confirm that my order didnt go through and its your fault not mine and :D But just to let you know you still have the best price on parts so ill still order from you guys :finger Sorry i just need to vent :cool:

The reason you may have not received either e-mail for your first web order is that you typed your e-mail address incorrectly. These e-mails are automated....one to tell you that you successfully placed your order with your order reference number included, and one to tell you that it has been processed. Identical orders placed 5 days apart are not taken as accidental orders. Back to back orders will be noticed, but orders days apart are viewed intentional. When you do not want one of the orders received, we must charge a 25% restocking fee to return the parts to the manufacturer. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Paul, Can you check again my order i just got email today from fedex that there a shipment for me which i dont expect coz i already got the first one and the second order i cancelled it thru the phone with Chip ! Man if you did ship another one their something wrong with you guys nino

OK just talked to the customer service and they sadi fed -ex send me email by mistake and the parts wasnt ship out. ;)
