Hello, I have a 05 Raven R1 stock and planning to put some frame sliders but I am not sure which ones to put. Recently I had a 04 R6 (ohlins dampener, gytr exhaust, lockhart carbon fiber sliders) which I liked the sliders but they looked for show instead. I have read several posting regarding sliders and read 3 high quality sliders being mentioned. One is the R&G crash protectors which are praised in 60 mph crashes and very minimal damage (http://www.bikehps.com/R&G/r_and_g_crash_protectors.html)
the second is the motovation frame sliders which sounds also good and have some good references. (http://www.motovationusa.com/primer.html)
Last but not least is the LSL Frame sliders (http://www.spieglerusa.com/cfm/FrameSliders.cfm) which also have a documented crash @ 65 mph and show very minimal damage. I want something that will do the job and protect my fairings and frame. I dont mind the money but just want a good quality frame slider. Can anyone give me some input. It would be really help
