Do not stop on the track unless instructed by the marshals (Red Flag), do not under any circumstances turn around and travel in the opposite direction, this means at any time (whether on the track or off).
Do not slow down and wait for friends to catch up.
In the event of a crash, riders must see paramedics regardless of severity. Bikes will have to be re-teched, as well as all safety gear. The event staff will evaluate the circumstances by speaking to the marshals/riding marshals, if the crash is determined to be a result of unsafe riding or your riding has endangered others; we will deny re-entry to the track with NO REFUND.

GROUP CLASSIFICATIONS:
HOT - This group will primarily include racers and only very experienced track day riders. Passing allowed anywhere on the racetrack provided it’s done so safely. See below for passing rules.
INTERMIDIATE - This group will include riders that have had racetrack experience and/or are comfortable at an increased speed (compared to the street group). Passing allowed only on the outside of turns, provided it’s done safely. See below for passing rules.
STREET GROUP - This group will include riders that have little/no racetrack experience and/or would feel more comfortable on the racetrack with a group that are expected to be riding at a slower pace. First session will be led by event staff (riding marshals). There will be no passing allowed in corners, passing everywhere else must be done safely. See below for passing rules.
We will have event staff (travelling marshals) at this event; their primary concern is your safety and the safety of others. In the event that you have chosen the wrong group and are either to fast or to slow, we will make a recommendation for you to move to another group. In the event that a rider is being a danger to them selves or others they will be removed from the track and will have forfeited their privileges for the day. No refund.
PASSING RULE (All groups)
The rider leading into a turn ALWAYS has the right of way.
When passing on the track, it is the passing riders responsibility to make a clean, clear pass and leave the rider he/she is passing room to continue on without impeding his/her ability to do so.
There will be no debating this rule. Should a crash occur during a passing manoeuvre, the rider making the pass is the person who will be held responsible for any issues happening before, during and after the pass as the rider ahead can not see the on coming rider who is passing.
Should a crash situation arise during a pass, the (offending) passing rider may be asked to load up and leave the facility - NO REFUNDS WILL BE APPLIED.
NOTE: If a rider is hit by another rider and crashes he will not be penalized and may return to the track after his motorcycle/ safety gear has gone through tech and is approved to return to the track and has been given approval by the medical staff to continue riding. YOU MUST REPORT TO THE EVENT STAFF PRIOR TO RETURNING TO THE TRACK.
We are not asking you to follow these rules, we expect you to. This is a track day, not a race. If you wish to race, go racing.
