Talked to Yamahog and he said that if we start a new poll with a few name choices and get enough votes for one name he will send it to the Admins and get the Name changed on our Squadron. :cool: So I was thinking we can get a consensus going on this thread start a Poll get a lot of votes for 1 name and bam its changed.. So 2000750 and I like "Lack of Communication" Squadron or "L.O.C Squadron" kinda grew on me so its either: "L.O.C Squadron" "Zero Squadron" "Phantom Squadron" <--- I lost interest in this name:( So post what you want :thumbup

I do NOT have mange! :crash I'm kind of partial to Zero Sq. It's easier than LOC and kind of symbolizes the same thing. Of course...I also assume that the post count in here will drop back to zero once this poll is over. :(

How a bout the D.I.L.L.I.G.A.F's :dunno:lol Wolf---how dare you insult the postwhore-ability of the Mountain Meng. Honestly...I was plesently supprised when we were able to meet up for a ride the other week. It was pretty fun and I think everyone became comfortable riding with each other pretty quick. Nobody had a big head or felt pressured to ride above their ability. I look forward to doing it all again this summer!

:confused: I think the "Lack Of Communication" in this area shows that we, as a whole, are weak post whores. :crash I would like to get in on that riding with the homeboys. :epimp

either name is good for me, just let me know which it is so i can get cool jackets made up with the squadron name, like those guys from "Iron eagle" :) truthfully, i like "zero" but "LOC" is good too. as far as this weekend goes, the news said it would rain throughout the weekend, so if anyone wants to set something up for the weekend after, i'm in, either day is good. Just a reminder, it's also mother's day on the 8th, so i think i'll spend the day away from my mom, that'll make her happy chris

:hellobye Hey, I'm in NY and love the increased hp from riding at sea level. But during my travel had a little incident where I hit a huge bump in the road which damaged the coupler on the trailer and the left fork seal on the bike. Anyway I'm riding it until I get to my final destination. Whatever you guys decide to call yourselves keep riding and posting pics on the forum.

I went to Bear Mountain yesterday and rode around the West Point Area. It was a good ride but with the left front fork leaking oil it made it a little hairy on a few turns. The oil got on the left brake pad and rotor, as well as the left side of the front tire. Ended up sliding a bit on sharp left turns. The roads in Colorado are more challenging than the roads I've ridden on in NY. The bike is now in the garage until I get to SC and replace the fork seal, brake pad and get a new rear tire.

I know better, but rode anyway. Made it back safely, and yes I just moved from Colorado Springs. Currently, I'm in NY on vacation. Didn't change my location yet because I'm not at my final destination yet.

Anyways, i'm sitting in the waiting room of the tattoo parlor and wondering which name we decided for the squad. My guy said he'll charge by the letter so "Zero" is a lot cheaper than "Lack of communication." Plus, i'm not sure my ass is big enough to handle all three words. not to tempt fate, but the news said sunday was supposed to be nice, if anyone's up to ride, post up. chris

:hellobye I'm back...... Just got my internet connected here in South Carolina. The bike is in the shop getting new fork seals, new brake pads and new tires. So won't have the bike for Bike Week in Myrtle Beach next week. i will go in my car and meet up with a buddy of mine. Still no furniture yet, the movers will drop off my stuff at the end of the month. Too freakin hot here.... almost everyone here rides in shorts and a t shirt with no helmet. It looks like I will ride at nights or sweat alot here.

I'm not a big fan of mesh jackets but get one of those to stave off some of the heat and at least have some protection. Best of both worlds I guess. :dunno Take some pics man!
