Scorpio SRi500SE alarm [Archive]

Did any of you try the Scorpio SR-i500 alarm on the 04/05 R1. I'm the one with problem. When I install the alarm, everything is OK. However, after one night, when I come back to my bike, I can't disarm the alarm. The receiver/remote can receive the signal feedback from the bike when the shock alarm is trigger. But it can't disarm the alarm. It means I can't drive my bike. It is really a alarm/lock which make the owner also away from his bike. I've contact the supplier 'Aritronix Ltd' but still got nothing to solve it. Still awaiting their representative to contact me. Will keep all of you inform at once.
