When clutching a wheelie in 2nd gear my rear tire wont hook up sometimes and just spins most of the time the wheel will spin then finally hook up but by then im chasing the wheelie....im new at wheelies and new on the R1 anyone else have this problem or a solution i thought about trying M1's thanks for the help guys

Try sitting back on the seat more to put more weight over the rear tire, and make sure you pop the clutch if you dont pop it quik enough the tire usually will spin, the key is to put weight to the rear of the bike it makes it much easier.

I tried sittin back farther last night it seem to help alot and made it easier to find BP.....as for the the clutch i pull it back and snap it right off my fingers do suggest another way?

I just use my index finger to pull in the clutch about an inch rev the R s up to about 9-10,000 and release the clutch,and keep the R's up.
