Ok, i have made a new wiring harness to the r/r as i have been having that fried connector issue... I was looking around for possible shorts, and i think i may have found something....
Behind the fan, i am assuming the 2 wires that control it? I think i saw a blue, and black maybe... Anyway, their are 2 wires coming out of the fan motor, thay are right up against the front of the engine block, and seem to have some nice little burn marks on the outer sheathing.... So my question is, maybe everytime the fan kicks on, it is causing a short, and frying some wires?

Any help would be appreciated

Highly possible,if a live (+) wire touches the engine (which is grounded).

It seems very tight in their, so i dont know what i should do... I know that my new loom is starting to fry on 1 plug, and i had the fan on a lot last night, so i think 1+1=2.... Any suggestions? Can you look at your fan, and let me know where that wire touches?

No touching wires anywhere on my bike :)

Isolate it well.

do you think once isolated, i should be ok... If it was shorting, would the fan still work(which it does), and could this in fact be my issue?

Now i need to find out how to isolate, seems as though it is a very taught wire, no where to go with it....

To know,you got to try!

Isolate with some plastic tubing and tape...check it from time-to-time.

Can you take a pic of the back of your fan for me, just so i can get an idea?
It looks like it was butt-connected maybe from previous owner? I dunno, a pic would definetly help.

If it was a short, would it fry the plugs?

To take a pic on mine would require to remove the mid,so the seat, tank,Scotts and other things...!

Lenghten the wires, its your best bet.
