I installed R&G lowers,(clutch and stator/shift side) and fork sliders,....I hope I never have to use them....I also installed the earache barends at the same time, see the review/picts on them Anyhow, I ordered these from thier website, took a total of 8 days to get them, they came from the UK. Top notch product, easy intallation, good fit. At first they made a mistake and sent the wrong fork sliders, they 2-day fed-exed me the right ones and told me to just keep the wrong ones they accidently sent. Truely fast/great customer service. It did take me a few trips to get the feel of having the clutch and shifter sliders by my shin, but no big deal. I'll post a bunch of picts of all the sliders. Heres the lowers, before installation

Nicely done but I still find it weird (after riding my friend's R1 with the clutch slider) and uncomfortable. My foot seems to get caught on it constantly. Probably needs a little bit of getting used to.

No problem really, like you said I guess I just had to get used to it. I am glad I installed them, for the piece of mind that they "may" help....

I never knew they made fork sliders, I will look into those thanks. Oh yeah and I hope you never use them bro.

Nice nice :) I'm getting the 02/03 uppers/lowers and 04/05 fork protectors before I ride my bike again next season. Quality sliders that I hope are a straight up poser mod I never use :)

And I had intuitive frame and clutch sliders on my 03. If you're hitting the clutch slider when you're riding, you're riding wrong, simple as that.

I didn't really hit it during the ride, I hit my shin once when I pulled out and picked my foot up from the ground into postion on the clutch side peg. Nothing major, just getting to know its there, ya know? The shifter side, when you pick your foot up, again placing it on the peg, you just have to get used to having something else there. I'd never know they were there during the actual ride though.

they are by far the best bit of kit yer can add to yer bike , saw i zx6 with R n G s fitted get lobed at about 110mph all it needed was the grass removing from the fairing n it was out for the rest of the track day n it slid a good 150 mtr down the track n onto the grass
