what kind of exhaust is/was that?

The bike is located in Boca Raton, Florida.
The exhaust is a D&D shortened. The original exhaust sounds allright, shortening it not only makes it look better but also sound throatier. It actually sounds amazing.

I'll buy the seat cowl from you and give you my reg. seat. Let me know thanks

has it had the "first" sevice?

Concerning the "first service", I used to be a racer so I know how to take the whole bike apart and how to care for the bike. I changed the oil at 100, 500 and 1000 miles and also did all the necessary checks.
