Hi Im new to the superbike world and just purchased a new 06 r1 and am wondering if anyone can help me with the settings for :
Race Sag:
Rider Sag:
Preload settings:
rebound and dampening:
I realize that this is a new bike but any info would be great! I know that if race and rider sag isnt correct im beating a dead dog trying to set up the rest! Ive seen other settings for different year bikes, just not sure wich ones would best suite my 06.
