I have never had the chance to try on a Suomy but have looked at that helmet a couple of time. How do these fit compared to a Shoei?

I waer an XL in Icon and a Large in HJC. This helmet is an XL but it has the smaller shell so Its more like a M/L. Which is why I am selling it, because its to small for me!!
