Is there a dimensional difference that would prevent one from running '04-'06 exhaust headers on an '02-03 engine? I kinda doubt anyone will have personal experience with this and some might question why, but just bear with me on the why's.

Does anyone have access to what the measurments are between the two generation exhaust ports?

Thanks for the help guys.

not gonna fit, not without major modification....

The 04 motor is tilted 15 degrees or something like that more than the 03, and it's completely different dimensionally.

I mean I don;t wanna say never. Who knows they may bolt right up.....

I wasn't sure because I haven't been able to play with any of the '04+ bikes; I really like the Bostrom Brothers new slash cut exhaust but they don't have it for the '02-03 bikes yet and I thought since it didn't have a canister on it I might be able to get it to fit, but if the dimensions are different between the exhaust ports I don't want to mess with it. . .I'll just wait however long it takes for the '02-03 model comes out.

Hey, looks pretty good; I'm gonna check out the thread. . .did you rotate the pipe any from stock orientation? It looks like it's kinda point down and back more than stock, but that could just be the angle of the picture.
