2007 Food and T-shirt Thread and Paid LIST

PLEASE VOTE IN THE POLL AS TO WHAT DAY YOU ARE ARRIVING This year is going to be much better and more organized than years past as far as nightly meals are concerned. Last year Fontana actually lost money on us for providing food and just general expenses have gone up. So, this year the cost for the nightly meals is going to be $100 per person for the Week. If you use Paypal add $5 to whatever you are sending. I am also going to take up money for T-shirts here as well. Those are going to be $20 per shirt. What do you get for that? A full course meal each night you are there, including salads, desserts and drinks (non alchoholic) delivered to us each night on Shuckstack Road with Tables and chairs set up and clean up each night. And on Thursday night we are going to have BOTH houseboats rented for us on Fontana Lake with transportation over to the lake from Shuckstack Road and back, and dinner at Shuckstack and Dessert on the Boats!!!!! To make it easy...$100 per person for Food, and $20 per t-shirt( shirts are pre order only, we don't plan to have any for sale at the convention). This year we are not going to have a raffle fund and drawing. We are going to get prizes to giveaway like normal but instead of raffle we are putting that money towards better food and service and the houseboats. Trust me the prizes will be better than ever!!

Maybe sleep in the back of the truck. Maybe I'll have enough money left after our vacation to get into a cabin. I had fun last year. Especially watching the Canadians.

I put you on the definates list, just have to get you on the food list when you pay.:thumbup Reserve a cabin...we get a discount rate so they are not too bad, if you can split it with some other guys you can really save some cash. I would give you some cabin prices but there are a ton of different ones, so your best bet is to call Fontana and tell them you are with teh R1 Forum. Once you get one, post up if you want to split it with some guys. As for packing the Warrior...just bring some clother and your riding stuff and you will be set. Most cabins have washers and dryers and there is also a laundrymat as well. Once you pay up for food, you will be set for dinners every night and for the party boat as well on thursday. So just have a little cash for some other meals...you really don't need all that much. look forward to meeting you!!! chad
