2005 R1 Power commander

Can anyone tell me if the US power commander is the same as the UK ones. The parts number on both is 411.411 so logic would tell me its a safe bet? If anyone in the UK knows where to buy one of these under £200 drop me a line, it would seem we are getting ripped of at £280rrp. Many shops in the US selling for same amount in $$$ !!! :-( Happy new year to you all! PG
