I am doing some track time this summer and would like to get a full back protector. I am getting a AGV SP-4 Suit and would like to know what protector works the best and will fit under a suit, and better yet if you have this suit.I am doing some track time this summer and would like to get a full back protector. Jon,
You may want to read some of the reviews on this website regarding back protectors. I've been looking around too. There seems to be a few without any kind of certifications, and then there are some now that are starting to come out with CE1 and CE2. Anyway in my opinion it looks like the one that Joe Rocket OEMs (Tpro Forcefield) might be the way to go. This site seems to do some good reviews...see for yourself.

I had an Astars Tech and it felt like a huge turtle shell. Then I got one of these. Sooo sweet. Slim super flexible, you almost forget about it.

Fiveoh,
That Forcefield you have is the same one from the review. Joe Rocket is reselling it in the U.S. under there own name.

Mind if I ask what you paid for yours?

Anyone try this stuff?
Its got some pretty good endorsements!
Colin Edwards, Nicky Hayden, Troy Corser, Mladin, Zemke, Rapp, list goes on and on....but the website looks a little hokey and there doesnt seem to be any sort of certification or third party analysis on it? I guess its true test is out on the racetrack though...
