ECU Reprogramming Procedure With Red Key - HELP !

Hi, this one goes out to all the 04 to 06 R1 owners with a Y.I.S.S. immobiliser factory fitted, ie all European spec bikes... Can someone tell me the procedure for re-programming your ECU from the red master key ? Thanks....

Gave it a go, but no joy. The ECU won't recognise any of the keys including the red one. Is there a way to re-set it up from scratch.. if you know what I mean.

got it sorted, broken connector on the wiring loom, my own doing, thanks all..
