Newbie to Forum

Hello. New to this forum, but read it alot! Alot of helpful info. Looking to see what my next mod might be! Bought my R1 last March and have done minor modding. Mods are chrome blue windshield, frame sliders, Dr. fx rear brakelight/turnsignal, front flush mount turn signals, rear seat cowl, rear foot pegs removed, pc3, muffler rebaffle (thanks to this site), catalytic converter gut, air injection plug off. Had it dynoed, 161 rear wheel horsepower. Interested to see what everyone thinks about what i've done and where to go with it?? Also have installed a camera with screen and have mirror block off plates on the way. When I get them I'll take some pics to show the camera. Really like the forum. Thanks for any input.

Welcome to the forum officially, then. Bike looks nice and I'm also looking forward to seeing your camera and screen set up since I'm still thinking out how I want to mount mine.

Is a 161 rear wheel horsepower good or do I have a long way to go to be competitive? Not looking to race or anything, just like to say what it has!!!

thats plenty of horsepower..............I think that you have found a very happy dyno but even so could you really use all the power it has........seriously doubt it. Welcome to the forum!!!!!

Hello everyone, I new here and I'm looking to buy a 07 r1 but I've been reading about the throttle hesitation issue. I've been holding back to find out if this issue would clear up before I drop my cash on it. Does anyone know if it has been fixed? Sorry wrong place for this post...

I did notice quite the increase in power after dyno!! I really like this forum!!
