Hi Gang, Whenever I've had to access the airbox (to change filter, etc) I've always just lifted the tank out of the way, without taking it off. In the event I do remove the fuel tank however, do the fuel line connections (on the tank) have one way valves by any chance? I guess what I'm trying to ask is....if I disconnect the tank completely, will it leak gas? If so, does anyone have any tips on how best to remove the tank without making a mess, or having to drain the fuel? Appreciate any advice. Thanks!

No gas comes out other than maybe a stray drop or two.

Use a rag for the disconnect's to catch the few stray drops. . .but there's not much leakage at all. . .if you're gonna have the tank off for an extended period though it does start to leak, but up to about two days (in my experience) no leakage.
