2000 R1 forks, help

I am reworking the forks and I am replaceing the oil, problem is I dont know what the manual states as the replacement capacity. Can anyone with a manual tell me how much I am suppose to put back in. I dont want to try to measure all the old oil I take out. Id rather just go by the book I tried to look up the replacment value on the net and no help. Thanks

The book tells you how much air should be at the top. Racetech has a very cool tool for sucking out the extra oil. It works so well I'd almost buy another one. Rod puller was very handy as well.
