My Subframe is slightly bent, the tail light sits just about a an inch off to the left of the rear tire. From a minor accident, my question is can I get the subframe re-bent or should I just get another one? Also what size torx screw is it?

You should be able to straighten it out fairly easy as long as it isnt too bad...You can use a piece of wood and place it between the subframe where it is bent and slowly put pressure on the wood little by little until it straightens out.

Sell the old one for $120 and buy a brand new one for $180. This way you get a brand new subframe for only $60. :yesnod

If your going to take that route of buying a new one I definately wouldnt pay $180 for one and nobody in their right mind is really going to give you $120 for you used bent subframe when they can easily buy a perfectly good used subframe right here on the forum for $100 and under and so can you if thatthe road you choose to travel(?)....You do the math!

I know I can buy one on ebay for just over a hundred but I doubt anyone wants a bent subframe, I'm gonna try and re-bend the subframe with some wood, I guess I should strip it of plastic first.

Go ahead, try it, why not?...Its already bent!...Whats the worst that could happen?...It could bend some more but ok, so what?...Thats already the situation at hand...Once you remove the body work and anything else thats going to be in your way just take some wood (it wont scratch the subframe) or a small pole/some type of rod (may scratch the subframe) and place it between the bent subframe and slightly apply pressure in the opposite direction of the bend to straighten/unbend it...Take your time and check it from time to time so it doesn't bend too much in the other direction (until its straight).
