03 odometer replacement

I need to change the instrument cluster on my '03 r1. Will the odometer reset to zero or is th mileage stored in the bike's computer? thanks:riding

The mileage is stored in the clocks themselves so wont reset to zero when disconnected.The trips and clock prob will though.If you are changing them because they are damaged then try to get another set with roughly the same mileage on.:secret:
