Hey guys the manual available on this thread is a 2004 (Thank you BIFFERONE :rock ) but I would tend to imagine that the differances between 04 and 06 are minor. There are 2 files one is Parts and the other one is Service totalling abut 25 MB Can your email handle that size attachment.....? Or if you have IM such as Yahoo or MSN it can also be sent that way Post or PM the answer/IM ID's and since Robby, I'll have to do this during the weekend as I am out of town right now. BIFFERONE is outta town I'll be glad to fwd it to you.

Guys, If you have the 2004 manual, it is good for the 2004, 2005 and 2006 model years. There is no other secret or supplemental manual. If you still need the manual, let me know. Send me your email addresses and I will set up the files through www.yousendit.com (http://www.yousendit.com) Chris

Silverado, RobbyH, R1Toy, Blitz. Go to www.yousendit.com (http://www.yousendit.com/) and sign up for the free account. I sent the parts manual and service manual to you in two separate files. If you have any problems, let me know. I will burn to a CD and mail it to your physical address. Chris

Thanks for the manual. Interesting maintenance notes: Every two years replace the internal components of the brake master cylinders and calipers, and change the brake fluid. Oops -Looks like time to change the plugs. Don't have to sweat valve adjustment until 26K miles [doubt if I'll really wait that long]. Don't forget to adjust your thermo-wax.
