Tire Fitment/Choice???

Guys, Sorry, I'm sure this is answered somewhere, I searched but didn't find it,... Does a 190/55zr17 tire fit on a 2003 R1 without any modifications to chain length/sprockets/ and will it clear the swingarm? Any problems or anything to be aware of when doing this? Thanks, donno

it will work fine..are you going with the Michelin 2ct's?

It works fine but you are raising the height of the rear about 9.5mm so you might have to be care full of headshake. I dropped my forks/raised my tripple to solve this problem. Bike handles great.

Yes, i was thinking about the michelin 2ct's. Thanks for the advice about raising the triple clamp. That's probably a good idea. don
