MID WEST Squadron Logo

Yeah I missed this stuff too. Been so damn busy lately that I don't get onto the forum much anymore :( So what's the deal? And that's a cool pic if you ask me.

i thought we are going to stick with a milatary type logo i posted one before for someone to try and modify for me ( some help please all i have is this shitty laptop with no edditing progs,could no.6 or someone modify this sundowners insig,with say two bikes riding whelies at eachother in place of the planes and put the yamaha symbol in place of the sun but keep the sidewinders in place that are being fired at the sun.and of course place the R1 fourm and region number in place also. thanks)

Looneybomber, we are starting regional squadrons (groups basically). like New England, South Eastern, North Central...mine if for Mid West, like Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho, Utah... you don't have to do anything at all to into one. you just contact people in your area on the forum and you all decide on what logo you want. then we are going to try to make patches and stickers. and soilent1, even though your being honest, **** you. not trying to be rude or anyting, but you should use tact when criticizing people's work. :finger R1_OOKLAH, i didn't have time to make it into a military logo, but if you guys come up with one, i can make them for about 5 ducks each overhere in japan. real nice ones. my squadron overhere makes personalized ones all the time. come up with some ideas you guys and get with me. here is a pic of my squadron logo.

Whats the region number for the Midwest squadron?:confused: I have been "begging" the SE Squadron run by SpidermanSS to let me in *LMAO!!*, but since there is an "official" Mid West squadron, I'm with you guys:2bitchsla With that being said, is the logo something that we are to sew onto our leathers? I'll come up with something and post it to see what you guys think.

I like the "sundowners" idea, that would probabyl be my vote. Can help but think that the "Lancer" insignia might work if it was a interstate sign with route 66 on it or something. I guess we would have to figure out a name first though.

What states do you think should be included in the midwest squadron. The mountain states are breaking off as there are enough people in that area that want to ride w/each other.

Initially, I thought it would be best for the South Centra or Midwestl Squadron to combine with the SE Squadron since they are more active than the SC. But for gathering purposes, group rides, etc., I don't think many of us in the Midwest would be able to actively participate. So No.6, if it's not too late, it may be best to keep the South Central Squadron! As for the states, I think the SC should include: Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, Illinois, Arkansas and Tennessee (considered mid-south), Indiana, Minnesota, etc. (I don't have a map in front of me, so I may have left out a few states) What do ya think?

hey our1 im from waterloo/cf area...you? the only roads i know of are by the miss and my favourite one just north of tama.

Well.. I dont' know what's the deal is with MIdwest but I didn't see any OFFICIAL thread.. so lets get cranking here... post everything in this thread. I guess we need to design a patch and stuff. Do we do the rankings??? I don't think it would be a good idea. Let's begin... whats the plan?

this is meant to stir ideas, so heres a couple i thought of.... what about having a blues brothers logo, ever see the tattoo thats just pretty much a stencil of the mback to back?....(theyre midwest as yah get heh) or a gangster w a smokin tommy gun...maybe against a chicago skyline?.... yah, these are specific to chicago area i guess, but im from chicago , what did yah expect heh heh.... if you guys think these would make some decent logos, ill put some time into doing allittle designing... see yahs

Does want to volunteer to the midwest c/o. No_6 started a new thread about c/o's, and we still don't have one. If no one else does, i'd do the job. I don't wanna bump anyone else out that wants the job. hit me up with ideas so we can get this squad rollin. i've got a local guy that can probably make the stickers when we have a logo. I don't have any photoshop, so if someone in this squad or from another would like to help, let me know and we'll try and get some more ideas goin. Chad

I was trying to think of some names for what I thought represented the midwest. What do you think of Flat landers? I thought about Straight Liners, because there aren't that many hills to work up or down, but I don't like riding in a straight line. That's for my friends Hayabusa. Lemme know what ya think so I can work off that.

I like Flatlanders-might as well run with that-nobody (including me) has any better ideas.
