Yamaha Raptor 660 hybrid to R1

Hi Guys, I registered about a week ago and it took some time before I could have started a thread. Anyways im doing a project bike Pics and Progress is on this link : http://www.raptorforum.com/index.php?topic=9492.0 Im finishing up the exhaust manifold this weekend and will soon start to do the electrical and will need some help from you guys with this. I have the main wire harness but no key switch etc, Im planning to use only the key switch and headlight and rear brake light off of my raptor. I have everything else from the r1. Its a 2002 engine. Will post the plugs off the main harness to get identification from you guys. Thanks in advance!

Looks a great project. I have only ridden a quad a few times when I was in Oz, it was a Honda if I remember correctly. Should be a blast with the R1 engine. :riding

Sorry, I also forgot to ask about the feul pump which I just installed into the tank, there are 2 feul connectors a straight one and a "L" Can I close or eliminate the straight one? (Which I assume is a return)
