Ok guys heres a odd question (well atleast to me it is). I was wondering if there is a way to clean the inside of a slip on? I picked one up and is pretty black on the inside (duh:2bitchsla) and I had the idea of maybe spraying some degreaser at one end letting it run down doin its dirty job and out the other end then rinsing with water but I dont know if that will f@#$ck anything up:dunno so thats why Im asking you guys if a degreaser way would work or if anyone outhere knows of a another way to do so or am I just being to anal and I should leave it.I like my bike to look clean:cool: even if you cant see in the pipe all the time its more for like a peace of mind type of thing.
Thanks in advance

I wouldn't recommend spraying any liquids inside your pipe you'll just get your packing all wet,you could try spraying degreaser on a rag and running it through afew times with a broom handle or something long enough

whats the point of cleaning it? in about 2 mins its gone be black again, unless your bike is running super lean.

Sorry mate but that's one of the craziest ideas I've heard for a while now...
Aside from the fact you'll ruin your packing and more than likely set fire to it once the soaked in degreasant heats up, it will go black again very soon. If you're that worried about what the inside of your exhaust pipe looks like, you'd hate to see inside your motor...

No I totally agree its F-ing crazy that I even thought bout doin this. The only reason is because I could see black build up around the end of my can. I hated that so I didnt know if you could clean the whole thing or am I just crazy and I should clean just the end of the can where I see it. But.... Im thinking bout go'n with....Canman your crazy and just clean where you see the build up.
