Spark Plug Wire Help! [Archive]

I have a2001 r1 that I just tried to change the plugs on. I think that I have made a big mistake by pulling and detaching the thin wire that come from the coil and down into the top of each rubber boot. The wires will fit back into and seem to screw on until tight. I also unscrewed the the boot like a dumb arse and what seemed like a small white fuse came out followed by a bronze threaded connector of some sort. I droped the fuse back into the boot and screwed the bronze connector on behind it. Am I Fugged? do I have to buy new wires or has anyone else run into this?:dundun:
