Maybe it would be best if you didn't advertise your mods for sale until you feel that the complete bike and package won't yield the funds you are looking to get?

The "Conversion" refers to the modifications that are similar to those that you would find on an LE.... Specifically:

Ohlins 3 Way Adjustable Rear Shock
Ohlins Steering Damner
Upgraded Fork Internals (Racetech)
Slipper Clutch
