Hey folks... I started doing searches and came up with some answers, but I was hoping to confirm what I read and ask for feedback from stuff I didn't find... Just installed an Akra full ti system tonight. Still waiting to install the PCIII. Anyway, I have 3 questions... 1. I was wondering what I should do with the O2 sensor. The system has a connector for it. But from what I've read so far here, it sounds as if I should disconnect it (I think under the tank?). 2. Check engine light given I pulle the servo for the EXUP valvle. What is everyone doing to keep the Check Engine light from being activated? 3. Last, but not least, I found this little spacer and screw in a bag with the exhaust. For the life of me, I can't figure out where it goes. Thoughts? (Hopefully, the photo uploaded) Thanks in advance guys! Keith

Hey Keith I Installed The Same Exhaust On My Bike!! Ok Here Is My Input: 1. Until A Proper Map Comes Out For Our Pciii, You Should Leave Your O2 Sensor Connected. I Found The Idle To Flucuate When I Disconnected It. Im Currently Using The Map For The Graves Slip On. There Is A European Version Available But From What I Hear European Bikes Are Not The Same As Ours. 2. After Disconnecting The Exup Valve You Should Leave The Electrical Connector In The Servo. Otherwise The Ck Engine Light Comes On. 3. That Last Spacer You Received Is To Push The Top Hex Screw Of The Heat Sheild Out Away From The Right Cannister Exhaust Pipe. Just A Warning, After I Installed My Exhaust, I Didnt Ck The Clearance Too Good And Ended Up Melting The Plastics On The Heat Sheild Near The Rear Brake Swithch And The Lower Rt Fairing. If Yours Does That Too Pls Contact Your Seller And Have Them Contact Akrapovic Or Lockhart Phillips. They Are Telling Me That Im The Only One Out There Who Melted The Plastics. I Had To Install Spacers To Shim The System More Towards The Middle Of The Bike So That The Pipe Would Not Touch The Plastics.... I Have Pics If You Are Interested.....but Pls Contact Your Seller If It Melts!!!

Thanks bud! Hopefully, I don't encounter any melting. If I do, I'll definitely do as you suggest. As for the EXUP servo, there's got to be a way to remove that and plug something in to remove the check engine light, I would think. Has no one come up or is selling a plug to use where the servo plugs in? Hmm. Oh well, back to the garage to play. Thanks again for the feedback. Definitely helps! :thumbup Keith

Ordered my system from a local dealer (paid cost - previous racing sponsor). Cans are ti. Did see several places online that I would have ordered from if I didn't already get the same price locally. Have only had an opportunity to ride it once on the street and love the bike and the system. :rock

What to do during the removal of the EXUP has been a raging debate since the first model. There are some DIY fixes on the forum and also products such as the SAM SERVO SUB (http://www.samannasystems.com/)

Well According To The Instructions From Akrapovic, You Leave The Connector On, But Disconnect The Cables To The Servo

Hi, I'm in the process of installing the same exhaust. What did y'all do to fix this problem about the EXUP? I checked out the servo sub. Has any used this yet?
