It's not a major problem but thought I would get the info out. I bought a new battery about one year ago and after about the third month it seemed a little weak. I only ride about twice a month so I don't think it was getting charged enough.I used a conventional battery charger and it helped but the next month it was weak again. I found a charger called battery companion at walmart. It's very small and comes with a quick connect so after initial install you won't need to remove your seat again to hook it up. It is a float charger so it never overcharges your battery. I've had no problems since I started using it.:thumbup
