The right slider on my beloved 2001 R1 apparently unscrewed itself and fell off during my last ride. It appears to have been a replacement for the right front mounting bolt - engine mounting bolt. Is it safe to ride the bike w/o this bolt? I have a good idea where the bolt fell off b/c I felt something hit my foot during a sweeping right hander. I completed the remainder of the five miles to my house w/o incident. In fact, I did not notice any excessive vibration or anything else unusual.

I would get this replaced as soon as pos....its not that expensive but will cause you more trouble if you dont
