Throttle Problem

At a stopped position, if I turn the handle bars to the right, the bike either turns off (no idle) or the idle goes up to about 4000rpm...usually goes up is the throttle cable sticking and needs to be changed?? thanks in advance

pull the cables out and inspect them.

Also do u have any throttle freeplay at all on the line? when u twist it, is there any play, or is it under tension at all time? Curby
