There should be an official lag/stall problem thread

The sticky post dealing with the lag issue is overwhelming to say the least. Alot of people put in their two cents (not that its bad) but its hard to judge how bad of a problem the lag and/or stall problems are. Maybe the moderators can make a sticky that only contains one post per individual if they have experienced what would be a substantal or dangerous issue caused by the lag or stalling. Thanks!

It appears as of now nothing is gonna be done to cure the "Lag" from Yamaha, so there is no need at this point for Another thread. Wheat

Just include production number, experience Lag, experience stalling, and if you have had a safety issue with it. One post per person owning a 2007. Something useful

Off topic, but where to you see what number your R1 is off the assembly line? Is it the last 4 digits of your V.I.N.? I have never been told nor have I ever thought to ask till now.
